TeamChat brings clarity
with threaded conversations

The redesigned TeamChat shows only key topics in each room that you expand to reveal entire conversations.

Conversation threads remain visible in the right sidebar even when you navigate to other IceWarp components, such as Mail or Calendar. And to stay up to date on relevant topics, follow a thread to receive notifications for all posts in it. All your posts and mentions are followed automatically, so you don’t miss replies from your colleagues.

Brand new IceWarp mobile app

Conferences and TeamChat are seamlessly integrated on the mobile and provide the exact same features as on the desktop. To separate your work from personal life, keep all your business emails and project threads in a single IceWarp app, just like on the desktop.

Swift sync, threads, collaborative editing, and more...

IceWarp app uses a rebuilt message loading engine for faster sync. It also features an easier-to-navigate interface designed around threads. As a first, IceWarp collaborative document editing is now supported on mobile. And to simplify use, the user can sign in just by scanning a QR code.

Attachments you can depend on

All attachments are now sent as Smart Attachments, so the recipient only gets a download link and you get more control over your files. Upload Center shows countries and IP addresses of users accessing your files for enhanced data confidentiality. You get a reminder to add your attachment if it’s missing. And you can even replace your attachment if you find a mistake after hitting Send. No need to resend an email to fix that typo.

Brand new intuitive search

The redesigned search experience with customizable tags and advanced filtering helps you to zero in on what you’re looking for. Add tags to your searches and repeat them as needed.

Single browser window for all your work

With all IceWarp components seamlessly integrated, the distinction between email, TeamChat, video conferencing and document collaboration disappears. You can now seamlessly jump from task to task while being able to open any component in a separate window, if needed. Everything runs in the same WebClient session.

Redesigned instant messaging derived from social networks with active conversations accessible at the bottom. And the ability to open them in separate windows.

Notes come in very handy

The Notes are now directly connected to your dashboard so you never lose track of your important tasks. Of course you can pin them right on the dashboard, adjust and format them to your liking.

Easily invite new users

To simplify employee onboarding, you can now easily send out an invite and IceWarp takes the new user through sign-up process on its own. It doesn’t get any easier.

Pro-level Conferences for a thousand strong audience

For business-grade meetings, IceWarp Conferences now enables virtual backgrounds as well as lobby mode with customized wallpaper and on-hold music. And It supports up to 1000 attendees, while the moderator has better control to make the crowd more manageable. We only hope you don’t get stage fright in front of such an audience.
